The first 50 sent was quick and the setup was simple like other similar apps. Then I've been on a 24-hour cycle for five days. I'm pretty sure five days is longer than 24 hours. Edit: apparently, the clearing time for the first transfer is longer. Thanks to support for clarifying.

It's been DAYS since I made my account and have not gained access to the app have not received an email or anything, no wonder NOBODY uses this app

This app is a total nightmare. I haven't been able to receive a transfer of $500 because it just won't allow me to sign in. Customer service through the website is totally useless, a bot that has a total ZERO answers. I just wish I could turn back time and tell my client to pay me by another means, but so far I'm just stuck with these guys until they decide I can access my account and my money. If you can run away from this app, by any means, GO.

I have BofA account and try to register in pipolpay a lot of times without success, and I don't received any respond by email contact (I wrote 3 mails and never received feedback)
