Only problem Cancel taxi function isn't working properly :-(feel like a jerk finding that the taxis have been showing up and not being there

Penalizes you for cancelling a booking after waiting 45 minutes while 5 different drivers accept and then drop you. GPS tracking only adds to the frustration - I just watched the taxi meander around West mead for 20 minutes, getting within two blocks of the pickup address, before dropping the job, 20 minutes after I booked it. As someone disabled who relies on taxis to get around and is trying to support them rather than Lyft or Uber, you guys sure don't make it easy.

First impressions Needed a cab. Downloaded the app, put in pickup location, drop off location and pickup time. All I get is errors 'booking could not be made'...downloaded Uber, 10 minutes later a car is out the front.... Uninstalled premier cabs app. Goodbye
