Hopeless.... App no. Longer able to create user accounts. Renders their charger useless......

Worst App I've ever encountered. It is impossible to get the charger to connect to the network using an EE router. Even after setting router to Compatibility 2.4ghz App states settings saved successfully, return to App and nothing is saved. Tried over and over and over...
