Bassist customer service. So we did spend a couple of hours trying to figure out why I couldn't connect. But when I tell you Chris did all he could to make sure I had access to what I needed. He went above and beyond. If anytime things don't go right with any company. Be open-minded. Like I said the issue was not with them but my phone, and he worked endlessly until we figured it out and we did! Thank you, Chris !!!

Very buggy app. Constantly crashes when trying to edit guests. Very, very flawed programming.

AMATEURISH FEEL App "2.0" has constant bugs and flawed navigation just like the first version. Horrible communications with company, insufficient and unskillfully designed information. Everything from Proptia feels amateurish to me. Wish HOA had never hired them.

App does not save login credentials to Google keychain. Proptia also make several other apps, which is confusing to determine which app you need to use for your community. User interface also leaves a lot to be desired.

Needs work, why do you have a property switcher right after login? Prevents passwords from being saved. And there's no options for biometrics login either. Adding visitors is a little cumbersome. And now sending through SMS no longer works.

This is a terrible app. It does not use standard password treatment, cannot show the password. The app needs to use workarounds. Worst app ever, but I'm forced to use it for my gate control. Can I give it 0 stars?
