It's a good application. Everything is in one place and the power usage chart is really helpful. I just had some adventures trying to figure out how to download the bill, but it's resolved now.

Impossible to either register or reset password, so cannot log in. App is not working.

I have tried many times to use the app. I never had any problems before. I cannot access the app at all. It will not accept my data & therefore I cannot submit a meter reading. Contacted the company but no reply. It is extremely frustrating!

Previous app of Progeria worked perfectly. Ever since they introduced this one things got worse. The app logs out, even though I always tick the remember me box, dedie readings are not up-to-date. If you check from the web you will he is able to see that there is a fresh reading input by dedie, which for some reason does not appear on app. Also, the whole experience is lagging...it takes time navigate through the pages.
