If the login not working the just uninstall the app, re-install it then use the forgot my password then put a 12 digits password with special characters and alphanumeric and capital letters too... Everything should work again after the above

It's a good application. Everything is in one place and the power usage chart is really helpful. I just had some adventures trying to figure out how to download the bill, but it's resolved now.

Impossible to either register or reset password, so cannot log in. App is not working.

Worse than attovolt app. Refuses to allow me to enter my meter reading. Instead, tells me Hedno will read the meter. The input from Hedno is totally wrong, a minimum 200 units lower. I try to input the current reading and am told I'm not allowed. What this means to me is a massive bill sometime in the future. Because there are discrepancies between the readings, you are going to charge me more per kWh than I should be paying. I want to insert my own readings, not some guesstimate. Fix this.

New user here, thus I will be updating the review in the future. However, I just want to point out that the app keeps logging me out, even though I always tick the remember me box, which is very frustrating. I mean come on!
