If the login not working the just uninstall the app, re-install it then use the forgot my password then put a 12 digits password with special characters and alphanumeric and capital letters too... Everything should work again after the above

It's a good application. Everything is in one place and the power usage chart is really helpful. I just had some adventures trying to figure out how to download the bill, but it's resolved now.

Too many bugs. What's the point of the "remember me" tick box if it doesn't remember me after 3 seconds when I try to log in again? Also, very inconvenient app, in comparison to watt volt interface I used before you merged. It looks very basic and cheap and not modern at all. I also just paid my bill but when I log in again it it shows I still owe it. It took a few hours last time before it was updated. That's very confusing. Please work on it, this should not be the app of a modern company.

Worse than attovolt app. Refuses to allow me to enter my meter reading. Instead, tells me Hedno will read the meter. The input from Hedno is totally wrong, a minimum 200 units lower. I try to input the current reading and am told I'm not allowed. What this means to me is a massive bill sometime in the future. Because there are discrepancies between the readings, you are going to charge me more per kWh than I should be paying. I want to insert my own readings, not some guesstimate. Fix this.

What is this app? Did you even QA it? 2 OTPs to register, and it doesn't authenticate....can't onboard a new customer through the freaking basics in 2025
