★★★★★ This app is a pleasant surprise. It's easy to use and does the basics. Lets me track individual exercises assigned by my physical therapist, the reps, hold times, and number of sets. Even lets me record pain levels. I can include a few words to remind me how to do the exercise. What a gem!

★★★★★ Just now setting up this app, so I can't speak that much about it. However, in setting up my first exercise program, a copy exercise would be nice. My PT program involves many similar exercises with the same number of reps and sets. Would be much quicker to be able to copy an existing exercise and then modify it. Also, it appears that you can't reorder exercises, just the order of entry. None of these are a big deal, and I'll admit I like to simplicity of the app which is why I picked it.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible design and really annoying popups every time you want to do something! And there's no tracking! If I want to do a plank for 30 seconds, there's no way to track the time or how many I did! Why even use the app? This needs some serious work before it's usable.
