This app is great. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc the text is difficult to see with such light colors. A litter bigger text would be awesome. The automatic cat box is a dream. I love this company.

The machine is cool dose its job but can't get it to connect to Wi-Fi so that's a downer, but it works on auto here's hoping it continues to while I'm away

So far I've been happy with pet cove, you do need to clean it just not every day.

It would be nicer to replace broken parts. My kittens love this litter box, but we have a base with no barrel. AI will not throw out the perfectly working controller, it's a waste.
★★☆☆☆Justin Lindh· Sep 3, 2024
The app is decent and functional, but there is no reason for a place that my cat poops to ask for my phone's location every time I launch the app.

Overall the app has been great, but there is a MAJOR flaw. So I have the automatic pet cove litter box, and for the life of me I can't get two phones connected to the same box through this app. My girlfriend and I would both like to be able to monitor the activity on our own phones, so this is extremely annoying

Poor quality product, AND poor Customer Service. Do not buy these products à

Tech support takes forever. No way to change time to pacific, or weight to ounces and pounds. No explanations for settings
