Good app to check your printer status. Would like the option to be able to upload a file to print from mobile. Hence, lost 1 star.

Upgraded firmware on my x Max 3 and was able to bind my printer to the app. But when trying to view a print through the app it loads very slow, the video will move one frame only, and then it tries to refresh constantly. Except it will not load again unless I hit refresh manually. I am hoping they fix the issue soon. I will edit my review to more stars once they fix the issues.

I get presented by chinese text and no idea how to continue... of course it may be equal for chinese people trying to use things made outside China on perhaps some language they don't understand (like swedish? :)) so no fault in defaulting to chinese really, but a big fault in not making it simple & easy to change to another language that one can understand. Therefore, the lowest score, uninstalling it and move on to something else.

Very basic app, enables you to watch the print process via the printer camera. Devices are stored by scanning the QR code displayed on the printer screen, it then stores the Mac address of the machine, the app hasn't been able to find my printer other than the first time I set it up, pretty useless really. It has a section for printer connection instructions but that doesn't work either. The printer itself is really good, the app is terrible.

One thing Qidi needs to work on is the constant need to sign into the app (or slicer for that matter!). I should be allowed to say how long I stay signed in for in the first place. Secondly, the app is more of a monitor for the printer, so why do I need to sign in to see the progress of my print?! I'm not printing Top Secret fidget spinners (that you know of)! Just wish the app was a bit better at staying connected to my printer.
