It crashes after submission, and revert to the Home page. And I was not able to submit again, because it crashes at the next submission or after taking phot of the defect. Please fix.

Very bad experience, I live far away from my new house, I would just want to give the key to the management for easy rectification, however management insists on waiting for the QMS system to create notification for when I can submit the key. When ask who control when to have the notification, management said it's the QMS system itself, it is automated. Then have to wait like a fool without knowing when. Feels like a slave to the Ai now.

Too bad! I need to wait for it to load after a 'Please Wait' pop up to make an entry of defect. But it never loads so I exit the app. Then I tried to do a defect entry one more time, 'Please Wait' pops up again. I have to do the entering and exiting the apps for 3-4 times per defect until it doesn't load anymore. Please improve!!
