It crashes after submission, and revert to the Home page. And I was not able to submit again, because it crashes at the next submission or after taking phot of the defect. Please fix.

Very bad experience, I live far away from my new house, I would just want to give the key to the management for easy rectification, however management insists on waiting for the QMS system to create notification for when I can submit the key. When ask who control when to have the notification, management said it's the QMS system itself, it is automated. Then have to wait like a fool without knowing when. Feels like a slave to the Ai now.

After the latest update, I feel that the app has become less user-friendly. Now, if I have two devices working on the same unit to submit defects, the app does not allow both devices to submit defects simultaneously. It only allows one device to submit defects. This is quite inconvenient because when we have two inspectors checking the same unit, we need to use two devices to record and submit defects simultaneously. This update makes the workflow less efficient.
