I love using My Chart, I use My Chart for messaging the Dr's, adding appointments to the colander and it is so easy to use. When I go to appointments and when they ask me if I want a printout of my after visit summary I say no, I will go on My Chart and look at it. I don't know what I would do without My Chart.

Since latest update, I am unable to locate the following: 1. Message to my provider (and choose from a list of my UW providers)...only message to quartz is available. 2. Upcoming appointments. Would love it if these would be returned to previous site in my chart. Thanks!

Unsupported app impossible to reach anyone. Login recovery does not work Change of password does not work. I'm with Gunderson and only get UW choices on the app for Quartz. My Gunderson my chart on the other hand works fine.

Great concept. If the one-stop-shop for all of your medical information is actually only one of 100, it's not a successful application. Every service provider, insurance provider, etc. has their own "My Chart." They appear to be connected because you can log into multiple accounts and toggle between them. However, the information isn't shared across the different versions, I CAN'T see it all in ONE place, and neither can my Healthcare providers.
