If I could give this company a zero-star review I would. If you are moving to an apartment that uses these locks then avoid them like the plague. The locks are slow to open and constantly needs an update. It wouldn't bother me if there was a physical key alternative, and you could use your phone as a back-up, but your phone is the only way in and out of your apartment and if you lose it, break it, or it dies you are SOL. I will not renew my lease because of these awful locks.

The worst app I have ever used. Changes you make to the thermostat do not take effect and the app fails to unlock the door lock, so you will be locked out if you rely on it. My building just replaced our great Google Nest thermostats with these, and it is a HUGE downgrade. Building staff let us know it is because the management company has an ownership interest in QUEST and is trying to revive its failing investment and charge a $20 monthly subscription fee. Extremely unethical
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
