HORRIBLE! GOT LOCKED OUT MY HOME! These locks are the worst!! The app updated and locked me out of my home in the rain with my groceries! These locks have been a huge inconvenience since my apartment switched. Don't even get me started on the thermostat they use!!

I knew it was bad when my apartment complex told me they're going to use this. Here I am late at night, and I can't even lock my door from outside. I wish I could just use my key. This is stupid.
