How do I give ZERO stars? Gave me the complete wrong order and reading the refund policy said they aren't obligated to give a refund even if there was an error in the order. I usually like ordering with them because it's the only service that delivers to my address, and I've never had a problem with it until now they NEED to change their refund policy as its completely unfair especially if you receive the COMPLETE wrong order

Every order is delivered around the 2 and 1/2 hour mark. The problem is the order is placed right away and made and the delivery driver changes to a different person and then again. All while your foods sitting there getting cold. Then 2 hours later someone picks up the yesterday's leftovers that they call your order and deliver you cold food that's just been left out. This hawaii's attempt at pocketing money from apps like DoorDash or PostMates. Overpriced fees. And non-adjustable tips.
