★★★★★ Cant do identity verification for foreigners. I realized you have to change your language setting to 'Simplified Chinese'. You can't verify your identity if your settings are in English. I hope it helps you all!

★★☆☆☆ Got it to work for like 3 bookings, which sounds quite unprecedented among the rest of the reviews, but after that it just refused to work at all. Got some fascinating differences between the English and Chinese versions as well. Fun fact! If you book a sleeper train in English, you get given the carriage you're in and a random number, but if you book in Chinese, they actually bother to tell you what berth you're sleeping in! Godspeed traveler.

★★☆☆☆ If you need a passport verification, at least test it once before release. This is impossible to use. The passport scan doesn't recognize 90% of the letters, if entered manually it's not recognizing half the fields. It's like some toddler programmed this part.

★★☆☆☆ A stupid App, very slow and cannot continue to book a ticket.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app. Passport verification system doesn't work. Keeps putting me in a loop of requesting for verification and then failing. Without verification, there is no way of booking tickets. In other words, a hopeless app
