This app has been very useful especially to me, however since it became dollar to dollar, the option of sending to other local banks apart from Eco bank has been excluded and this has made me very unhappy. Why can't the non-Ecobank customers use the app to transfer money to other local banks like UBA and Co (in Nigeria), is there any special reason for this?

So what's up with this thing? Keeps rejecting all of my cards. Does it have to be a USD card or Eco bank card? And if I may suggest why can't you people give the option to integrate one's Eco bank in the app so that it doesn't have to be just the card.

Eco bank find it hard to pay a good programmer to help them with good app. This also means your money is not safe with this app and Eco bank in general. Using this app is at your own extreme risk.

This app does not even accept it own Eco bank cards and doesn't work with other bank card what's the need for the time-consuming verification??? It's obscure for a Big banking institution like Eco bank to misrepresente itself

How can you only ask for international passport that means if I don't have an international passport I can't make use of this app, please you people should include other means of identification like NIN digital slip and voters card please 🙏
