★★☆☆☆ This app is always loading and crashes. Never 100% works. At times, I have to just force close it and reopen. I can be under the best Wi-Fi or under my 4G network always loading.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot access my security questions and hence, I can't get in. I have called and emailed. Still can't get in! Needed to use Belle and cannot if you can't get in! Totally disgusted!!!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Unable to access my account via the app. It can't come up with a security question to ask me (very bizarre). Customer Service is no help after several calls CSR's have no clue. Told to use a browser on my phone to access my account. Not very happy with these folks so far as a new customer.
