It's been a few days now that I cannot log in to my account. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S25+. The main page with the logo comes up and then nothing happens further.

Absolutely ridiculous! I am so over trying to even use this app a year ago I sorted out login details after it took you guys almost 6 months to sort out my account. Now I must re-register all over. I do not recommend this service provider to anyone!!!

RCS app and web is terrible. Laggy and doesn't show the right amount at times. Web self-service can't even open, always says could not communicate with server.

I havw done my Liveliness authentication telephonically. The call center was very helpful. But what a struggle. Now after the app was down for a while, trying to use it again, and yet again I have a Liveliness problem. Also when typing in my login details, the info geta hidden under the keyboard. Pls advise your software developer that the design is not good and also this system with liveliness is not working.
