★★★★★ Love this app and bike sharing service! Very simple and convenient to use. Plenty of bikes that can be found scattered everywhere throughout the Sydney CBD. To hire a bike, you just walk up to it, scan the QR code, put on the helmet and off you go! Once you're done, push the lock lever down on the rear tyre and you're done! The GPS locations aren't perfect for locating the exact bicycle locations, but it's close enough. Sometimes you might have to walk around for a minute or two trying to find the bicycles. The deposit amount of $99 is a bit steep, but the fact that it's fully refundable is a bonus. It might help to eliminate or significantly reduce this fee to encourage more users. Bikes are nothing fancy, but do the job very well. They have a convenient basket at the front, lights, a bell and a three speed gear. Occasionally helmets are found to be stolen, or bikes locked on private property, but this was bound to happen. However the vast majority of people do the right thing and make this service a pleasure to use. The app itself is nothing fancy, but it's simplicity makes it very simple to use. ★★★★★ First ride today. Easy to use app, bikes readily available within a close distance. Offers the convenience to travel to locations that are not within an easy walking distance. One issue, cannot lock bikes if you want to jump off and go into a shopping centre, etc. Have to end you ride and then find another bike for your return journey. Apart from that minor problem I'm a fan.

★★☆☆☆ Bikes either have no helmet or they will not unlock. Also, it's impossible to leave feedback via the app as there is a 'network error' glitch. Cancelling my account.

★★☆☆☆ The app is fine but even when I'm not running it, it keeps giving me a toast message "network error". Might have something to do with wifi.

★★☆☆☆ This is supposed to be affordable, right? But $99 deposit PLUS a minimum $30 recharge? I understand the deposit can be refunded, but I didn't find anything about refunding credit (or even how to cancel our membership). Wish we were billed at the end of a trip like with Uber and such. You would have our CC details anyway so you could deduct off that if we did ruin your bikes. $130 to try something out that only costs $2 for a ride is pretty steep. P.S. obike has $10 deposit, if they can work around that I'm sure you could too.
