The app is Super User Friendly, Quick and Easy! I've been using this app for YEARS. Ook so to address all the negative reviews: If it says wrong password/no connection go to the "Benefits Site", log on to your corporate website. You may need to reset your password. Then uninstall and reinstall the app or app may need update. Also, make sure your user ID doesn't put a space after your credentials. Doc upload won't be legible, so use website. I use bc I only need a provider signature.

EDITED: Once set-up errors were fixed, the app functions as it should. It's really nice to file requests for reimbursement without any paperwork. My only request now is to add a biometric log-in option. Trying to set up my account and keep getting "unable to connect to internet" message. The internet is working for all my other apps on the same device. Really need the basic functionality of this app to work. Very frustrated!

Have to reset my password every time I log in even though am I using the password I previously reset. It's a horrible app, Wiah there was biometric login option.

Every single claim I submit is denied because the pictures are Illegible!!!!! On my end the pictures look perfectly fine. What's the purpose of having a convenient app if the claims all get denied??? Please fix this app as there is a problem with uploading pictures!!!!! Now I have an account that's suspended because everything gets denied from being illegible. Talk about frustrating!

It hasn't let me log in in weeks. Keeps saying there's a technical error. The app is updated, password is correct (I updated it just in case). Please fix this!

I love this app for getting reimbursements from our company. However, still getting error message that username or password was wrong in the app, but not online & they never fix it.
