My review is more for a 1-1 human connection not typical tied to an app and the support from our Velocity host. Danette our host was 5 out of 5 for meeting with us on our weekend scouting trip. Driving us around giving us the layout and feel for neighborhood we were interested in and as a local able to answer questions in a way not done well if trying to do in an actual app. Highly recommended.

My relocation assistant, Rachel, went above and beyond to make my move absolutely seamless. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and thoughtful every step of the way. She coordinated logistics and suggested great local recommendations. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. So far this hasn't proven why it can't just be a (mobile-optimized) website. And for what it is, the UI is clunky to use, visually offensive, and sometimes just doesn't work. 0/10 would not use except I have no choice.

Doesn't work DuckDuckGo app protection. Stop selling my information. I don't need to use the app. 195 attempts blocked between two companies in your app.

Even though there were not a lot of options to work with in the area (Caducei, KY), Emily was not readily accessible. It took her days to even 1 week to respond to questions or requests dropped on the chat. One occasion, I had to copy my consultant on email before Emily responded. Empathy was lacking in the move process by VELOCITY, Unfortunately, we felt abandoned on this. Thankful to have found something through a local realtor from a contact here.

For something as important as relocation, I hate to be sent to an app. This needs a functional desktop equivalent. Nothing important ever got done on an app.
