This app transforms your smartphone or tablet into an order-receiving machine and streamlines your process of taking online orders for both pickup and delivery.
Note: To be able to use this app, you need to login with your given restaurant’s username and password. Use the login details obtained from your local partner or get this yourself from the admin area of your restaurant account.

How it works: ========== After you put the “Order Online” button on your website or your Facebook page your customers can place orders. You will be able to take all orders straight on your smartphone or tablet. This orders-taking app turns your smartphone or tablet into an order-receiving device and gives easier and better control over the order-taking process.
Each time a customer places an order via your website or your Facebook page, you will get an audio notification on your smartphone/tablet.
After clicking on the pending order, the tablet will display all relevant details concerning the order: customer details (name, phone number, address) and delivery details (address etc.).
You fill in the estimated time of order pickup or delivery, click accept and start cooking. Your customer will instantly receive an email with the confirmation of the order, together with the estimated time for pickup or delivery.

face problems with printers that can only be used by some brands, if these apps can use various types of bluetooth printers it will make it easier for users of these apps to print orders.

Good value for money app. People that are complaining it makes a noise when an order is incoming: it's for a takeaway/kitchen. It's not a toy for your phone to sit on silent in your pocket at home. As the developer says, get external speakers if your want the volume lower. Never had any problem with a printer. There is a list of supported printers and instructions on installing. If you buy your own printer that is not supported - that says to me from the start - you don't know what you're doing

Hi, developer such doing a great job about this app. Easy to use and work very well. Can suggest something for next update? 1. Make option to hide sold out menu just from this app without need go to website. 2. Can print direct or auto print if this app install on device like sunmi or device already have thermal printer. 3. I don't care what the developers say, or what excuses they make. This app NEEDS volume control. I am in charge of the mobile orders for our restaurant. I get the orders through the app and send them to the restaurant. I am also a college student. The app makes extremely loud clanging/beeping sounds for NO REASON while I'm in the middle of class. I was forced to uninstall, and now we can't take online orders. Being able to lower the volume would not cause me to miss orders. Please fix this.

All good until I learned it does not support bluetooth printer. It's okay if devs don't recommend it, they must at least let us users use bluetooth printer at our own cost. A disclaimer could have been better. For my experience this is a useless app bound to be deleted. Might pay once the devs allow bluetooth printers. Very promising app, but it limits the use to non bluetooth printer users.
