Coach Paloma was amazing as a coach. Performance is a combination of taking accountability and execution of the coaches' direction. She knew how to balance pushing buttons and providing encouragement. That by itself was worth the program. I am 1 5 years in and maintaining all the gains.

I like that you don't have to every ingredient of your food, only the food and any details you want. I like the short videos and exercises. I'm on this app every day and enjoy it.

I have not heard from my coach in nearly a month and a half. I've not had any texts or in app notifications from coach. I have sent 2 emails with no response. My text was auto responded to saying my coach was out. I called and recording stated there was nobody taking calls, leave voicemail. No indication that it would be a return call. I'd been with program just 3 months and now nothing. Are they still in business?

This App sucks! Tech support is great! I am always having problems. First I was having log in issues. Sometimes it would let me in, sometimes it wouldn't. Finally, reached a point it wouldn't let me in at all, and I reached out to IT. It was an underlying issue that had nothing to do with me. He got it fixed, and I was able to log in. My devices say I am linked to the app, but it isn't recording my sleeping or weight. Reached back out to IT and so far so good. I really hate this app. #Droiduser.

App won't open...ever I wanted to log meals, and the app is stuck on the restore health picture and never changes.
