The new Rewards app and update stinks. The Exclusions links don't work at all. Impossible to see all cash back offers in a single view for a retailer. What were you thinking?! New does not always correlate to Better.

Discount codes or sales rarely work if at all, even through the RMN app in the shopping site or app you are shopping on and the coupon codes or sales always stay the same and rarely change. Not sure why I bother using this app.

Horrible experience with submitting receipt for payment. Submitted reimbursement for a hotel receipt, they require original booking. If the receipt lists all details, I don't understand what the problem is, as if they're paying millions to the customer.
