★★★★★ Clean interface. I like that there us an easy way to get to helpful troubleshooting guides.

★★☆☆☆ Certified tech here.... I spend a hr trying to sign in, register, email confirmation received, token successfully sent and nothing...total garbage... How is it that one(the pros) in the field can do their job for working on rinnai units if rinnai just make apps that are useless... Please fix

★★☆☆☆ I registered in it will not let me log in will not let me reset my password says my emails not recognized

★★☆☆☆ Am a certified tech. What a waste is this App, nothing works, even pulling a simple manual. Rinnai is getting worse every day, their disastrous Wi-Fi example is a good example of how bad this company has become, poor customer service for companies selling their products and end customers. Can't recommend anymore, moving on to Navien.
