The first day with a new modem the app would not work. It was painful as I could not change the Network name and P/W. So I lost connection to all google smart home devices, incl the thermostat. Winter time and was getting very cold in the house before I could set up with the default network settings. Now I mostly blame Google as their 4th Gen thermostat ought to have btooth pairing button. Nice app to see all the devices at home that are connected. Thanks to developer for response to first revu

Literally just won't log in lol. It throws you in a log in loop. Developers, I beg, just make the app work. Why are all the shaw/rogers apps so buggy? Kind of makes one lose faith in an internet provider.

Can't sign in I'm new to Rogers, home internet and cellular. Every attempt to login, fails and takes me back to the sign-in page. I can log in from the website, so I know I have an account and correct password... This app is horrible.
