Firstly, the app is terrible, and I have no clue how to use it. But the service is great, set it up, and they will order and send all repeats to you and chase up any new meds with the GP. On the three occasions they have made a mistake over the years extra meds. Have been sent next day. Everything is sent via Royal Mail, so it isn't chucked over the garden gate, and you can add other people to your account, especially useful if you need to manage repeat meds for kids. Overall a great service.

The whole setting up of your details, & repeat prescriptions was relatively simple. Unfortunately for RX their shipping company decided to deliver my prescription in an "Amazon" mondo box that wouldn't fit any letterbox defeating their USP as I now had to go to the sorting office to collect said prescription. In all fairness to RX they responded to my emails, and made sure my prescription was shipped ND delivery, and that it was in a jiffy bag so 4 stars for service/recovery. I will use again

The app doesn't have the FAQ. The FAQ on the website goes black when I scroll from DuckDuckGo browser on mobile. I've uninstalled and will try a different service.

I've had a terrible experience using this service, I have been repeatedly sent the wrong medications and no matter how many times I cancel in app, email, or speak to someone on the phone, EVEN IF THEY ARE CALLING SPECIFICALLY TO CONFIRM THE PRESCRIPTION, I still get sent the wrong things. It's absolutely ridiculous and downright dangerous. I am still being sent 3 medications that I no longer take and asked on NUMEROUS occasions for them to be removed from my repeat orders. Sort it out.

It days over a week from the time you put your order in to receive it, even longer. There not reliable and it would be easier collecting it myself. Wouldn't recommend!
