Doesn't work. Never can add rewards. Charged my card but didn't place order. Uninstalled.

I've tried to order several times but when I go to place my order it says that I haven't provided any payment information, but I've put my card info in several times. I delete my card info and then reenter it in, but I keep getting the same message. 4 times I've tried to order using the app but only 1 time has been successful. When it doesn't work, I just end up going somewhere else and use my card there with no issue. Update: just tried again on 8/28/22 with the same message. Same on 9/8/22
