I appreciate how hard staff members work to make sure that emails to doctors get answered in a quick and accurate manner via the app. The Saint Lukes Knapp is a wonderful tool to help a patient keep up to date with their medical conditions and history. IDK if it's true or not. But I am soooo heartbroken to find out that Dr. Jennifer Carpenter is no longer at Saint Luke's. She has been me and my husband's Primary Care physician for 15 years. Dr. Carpenter is the best. Plus she always has sent us to the very best specialist. I trust her with my life. I value her professional guidance. Her compassion love and care that she always gives at every appointment is the very best. Saint Luke's Hospital has lost ONE OF THE GREATEST DOCTORS EVER!!

Not able to see Test Results or Messages. Please fix this asap!

Up to very recently, this app has worked very well. However, out of nowhere, the application no longer loads the message and test pages correctly, meaning I can no longer contact my doctor or see my test results unless I log into the stlukes kc web application instead. Even force closing or reinstalling does not help this. Hopefully they fix it but for now, application is not working properly.
