IDK if it's true or not. But I am soooo heartbroken to find out that Dr. Jennifer Carpenter is no longer at Saint Luke's. She has been me and my husband's Primary Care physician for 15 years. Dr. Carpenter is the best. Plus she always has sent us to the very best specialist. I trust her with my life. I value her professional guidance. Her compassion love and care that she always gives at every appointment is the very best. Saint Luke's Hospital has lost ONE OF THE GREATEST DOCTORS EVER!!

I appreciate how hard staff members work to make sure that emails to doctors get answered in a quick and accurate manner via the app. The Saint Lukes Knapp is a wonderful tool to help a patient keep up to date with their medical conditions and history. Love the App. Very helpful. St Luke's is the Very best Hospital in the Area. I would, and do, recommend them to Everyone. Everyone here, from the Doctors, Specialists, Nurses, through every dept. all the way to the ancillary staff, are kind, helpful, caring and knowledgeable in their field. I could not be more impressed with them.

APP DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY FOR ANDROID SAMSUNG DEVICES. YOU MUST USE A MICROSOFT EDGE BROWSER APP TO OPEN the correct mysaintlukes page. The one that does open does not include tabs for "test results," "schedule a visit," "messages," "medications," nor "billing" and there is no way to find them under the tab "change my shortcuts". It took me too long to figure this out by opening the link on my pc. FIX THIS PLEASE.

Since the ap is no longer compatible with my device lm going to have to say it sucks. It's very important for an ap to be compatible with your device. It used to be. But then they made it non-compatible.

App sucks! Dr's put info in, and then they remove it. The point is to have all info when you need it. Nobody wants to go find that Dr 10 years later and request them to put your records back in your portal. They should leave them alone. Portal is worthless
