Set up the app in advance of my trip but once I got to Vienna, the app stopped working. Consistently froze on a loading screen. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache, resetting phone. Nothing worked. App is broken. The hotel uses the app or website to unlock your room so the broken app is really inconvenient (was still able to access via website, and they let you print a room key if you want). Great hotel, but the app issue is a problem.

The app just displays "loading" ad infinitum. It never gets past this point
