Description

Schedular is a Flutter cross-platform maintenance operations application for machine asset management and scheduled maintenance execution. The app includes ten tabs: Machines, Employees, Contractors, Vendors, Schedule, Work Orders, Forecast, Reports, Settings, and Help.

Current implemented behavior:
- App startup initializes the local SQLite database using sqflite_common_ffi (web uses sqflite_common_ffi_web).
- Navigation is responsive: drawer (small), TabBar (medium), NavigationRail (large widths).
- Tab order, theme (system/light/dark), and preferences are persisted.
- Optional debug buttons allow bulk data generation when randomize is enabled in Settings.

Tab-by-tab feature summary:
- Machines: Create and maintain machines, sub-assemblies, and maintenance tasks with intervals, required parts, OEM/vendor part numbers, and license requirements. Machine list PDF export.
- Employees: Add technician profiles with skills (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Diagnostics, Welding) and licenses (HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumber, Electrician, Boiler). Search, filter, and sort persist.
- Contractors: Manage external contractor companies and their contacts with skill and license tracking.
- Vendors: Consolidate parts by vendor from machine definitions. Search, sort, view usage context, open vendor URLs, and export CSV for procurement.
- Schedule: Review due maintenance items with editable context for planning and execution readiness.
- Work Orders: Execute work due in the next five days with assignee selection, qualification logic, and status tracking.
- Forecast: Long-view planning with bucketed summaries (Today/Week/Month/Quarter/beyond), parts forecasting, and CSV export.
- Reports: Summarize work-order status (Completed/Partial/Bypassed/Pending) with assignment and notes context.
- Settings: Central control for theme, field requirements, tab order, PDF generation, and database actions (JSON export/import, CSV upload).
- Help: In-app guidance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and recovery operations.

Platform and data details:
- Local-first data model: machines with nested sub-assemblies/tasks, employees, contractors, vendors/parts, work-order records.
- JSON backup/restore and CSV workflows for import/export; PDF generation via pdf and printing packages.

In short, the current implementation provides a complete maintenance workflow from asset definition and labor management through execution, forecasting, and reporting, backed by local data with flexible import and export.
