I contacted their customer service, and she called herself 'AKU' as in (Anti aku hangar technician). 🤦🏻 Please be professional next time. Furthermore, I asked about my phone malfunction which just appears recently in SECOM app. The customer service asked me to use other phone. I cannot believe she said that. 💆🏻 I give up on SECOM!
