I previously used the HBX Thermocline app with the older generation of thermostats. That app was terrible--very unstable, crashing frequently or needing forced restarts to function at all. For some thermostats, it took 10 tries to update a temperature before it successfully connected. I was essentially unable to control my HVAC remotely. So, I had my thermostats swapped out for the new THM-0600s and my zone controls for the wifi-enabled ZON-0600s, which use the SensorLinx app. The thermostats look identical to the older ones, but the app a big improvement. It has occasional issues, but for the most part it functions well enough for me to control things remotely in a reasonably reliable manner. I wish it had a global home/away setting, as it's annoying to control my 9 thermostats individually. Even better would be compatibility with Alexa or Google Home, but that's not really about the app.

Allows you to choose between Centigrade and Fahrenheit and then ignores the choice.
