Very happy with this service (female expat, Oman). They came and picked up my car on time, communicated excellently all through the service (by email, text and with fluent English by phone), they explained everything they found wrong and gave clear options whether to proceed or not with any work recommended. I had a major service and some work done and the car was returned to me in 48 hours. All staff were helpful. Highly recommend especially if going to a garage is usually a challenge!

It's a scam, I gave my Mercedes GLA250 for Major service, and serviceman gave my car to a small garage in the Dubai Investment Park and charged me very high labor cost. They are scamming people with offers and discounts.

Worst Experience. After service, they calaim that they had installed all genuine part. But when I checked after getting the car, I found that they had installed nissan oil filter in my renault car. Also, theu had damaged the aspiration pipe when replacing the spark plug, and they had repaired it with black insulation tape. Now am I planning to file case in consumer court against them. Not recommended. Also, they are consuming more days for the services.
