Another update. She'll tell us the meter isn't sending data BUT the Smart company who came and 'looked at it' say the work is complete! UPDATED ... Rubbish. I hope the new owners look at the app. My father-in-law has it. It never loads usage correctly, repeatedly says the gas smart meter isn't working but never fixed. Needs a serious overhaul. UPDATE. THEY SENT A MAN TO FIX METER. NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE IF IT MIGHT WORK. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO TEST THE OUTPUT. GOOD GRIEF!!@@@@

Revised rating as App no longer working following transfer of account to Octopus Energy, and I am unable to sign in to Octopus app as it recognizes neither my email address or password, nor will it allow me to register as a new account. Very poor service.

Down from 5 to 1 star (0 not available). Because 1, when entering password, your still (over 12mths later) are not given the option to make it visible as its being entered. That was being done Sept 22. 2, problems getting stuff done, made several complaints. 3, App: fails to keep up with billing, poor usage/billing history/loading data fails. 4, Lost meter rdgs after Octopus take over????. Had to read my Gas meter...the way they used to! Absolute Rubbish.
