App and service could be great. However a few stops in the mountains with poor service just causes the app to fail and become un usable. No way to bypass this issue.

Trash company. Bikes are not maintained, and you will probably injure yourself on one. I have, and shift bike also did nothing for me. Don't waste your time or money with these people, just go buy a bike yourself
