Overall, positive experience with keeping the toilet bowl clean. Customer service has been excellent when we've had issues. 2 problem areas, 1 we left for 10 days to visit family, came back to rings in our toilet bowels, so it's like if you don't keep it flushed it does keep clean. Also, it would be nice if the Alexa app working. 2nd issue, our first year of unlimited cleaning pods was 24.95, renewals are 99.95 a 300% increase. Not sure we will be able to afford pods after this year.

I got 4 shine assistants! I'm writing this @1 week after installing the assistants and so far I'm very pleased. I had no problems connecting the assistants to the mobile app. I know lots of other folks had issues but when I followed the instructions, it worked perfectly for me for all 4 devices. I have a Galaxy Note. I also have different bidets on each of my toilets. Customer service was GREAT when I needed to exchange my tank holders for wall mounts as well as answering a couple questions.

Super annoying to pay over a $100 for a product that doesn't work without an App. The app doesn't work, and doesn't actually connect to Alexa. Ya know - everything that was advertised. Instead, I Have this paperweight that blinks in my bathroom, and an app that doesn't do anything.

STAY AWAY FROM SHINE BATHROOM!!! I was super excited about this product and it's promises to make a clean toilet easier. I didn't believe it would clean my toilet without any help from a human. It is still just spraying water into the toilet bowl with a little cleaner. When I first got the device it wouldn't connect to the app. After about a month and a half finally got someone to help me and got the device to connect. I have only received one of 4 orders of cleaning pods. SCAM COMPANY.

Wait 2 years for what...paid in on the Kickstarter 2 years ago. Minimal customer service response when waiting for the actual device shipping updates. Now, finally get the two units I purchased, download the app, follow the prompts and.... won't get past the Network Connection phase 1 of 4 to connect the unit and actually get it working. Takes me back to the screen to name the device every time, and then you have to remove and reinstall the battery after you've filled the tank with water... FML
