Canceled one order while other active order was fine, reason was my billing address and shipping are different. I guess I can't buy for other people/location. I've ordered many times before the same way. Canceled any active orders I had. Back to Amazon.

Extremely bad delivery cycle. Had created online account and ordered for a package. 2 weeks and i don't know what's the status. It does not even reflect how long it would take also no replies from the team or management regarding the same. Extremely bad service. Use Amazon instead - at least they guarantee the delivery and let us know what's the status even if package is late.

Website and App are both complete garbage. App forces you to add your phone number for "verification" of your sign-in. I signed up with an email address for a reason. Why would I verify via mobile number and not via the email address I signed up with. 100% some shady stuff going on
