Left my keys in on of the hoppers and notified them as soon as possible. They said the drivers could find no keys in the car. I tracked down my keys using GPS tile and found the car that they are in. Contacted hopper again, and they still say the keys are not there. My keys are now driving all around Cupertino and I verified that they are in a hopper with my own eyes, yet I still have not been able to get them back. Very disappointed in the service.

Used to be very good, but now all rides take 30-40 mins and often none are available. I ordered a ride, and they said they completed it but the rude never arrived, it took forever just to get a refund I was on hold for 20 mins, and they couldn't even put it back in my account. They have really gone downhill recently.
