I was skeptical looking for a quality camera that was affordable and fit my needs. I decided to purchase this Cube kit and unfortunately had a couple issues pairing the Cube set to the app. This is where my rating differs from the rest...the customer service was excellent! The customer service representative was patient and thorough (I'm not a tech guy) and everything is still working great two months later! Would recommend!

Same experience as others. Bought the light switch toggle a year ago, and the app, while not great, worked well enough. I had to uninstall and reinstall recently, and now the app has been branded Simply Smart, but I no longer can control my light switch or automatic settings. Disappointing! 9/14 Edit: So things happen, products fail. But I am revising my rating because after voicing my concern, I have received continuous updates from Simply Smart - the app is back online and works! Kudos!

Bought some "smart" plugs and light switches and the app doesn't support it anymore at all, so they are basically paper weight.

Doesn't control Switch mate light switches!! What is the point of the switches now? Why discontinue the app?? So annoyed.
