Courteous and reliable service. True to delivery times indicated. So far (used three times so far) the customer service standard has remained high even though each delivery person was different. App is very user-friendly and well-thought-out. After you order, you can go in to track where your delivery person is when the order is dispatched, how much time remains until arrival, name and picture of driver as well as the number plare to expect. Wide variety of food options are included.

They need to revisit how drivers are assigned. I ordered from a restaurant that was very nearby 1.7 km away, because I needed to leave by 6pm and would like to eat before then as well. Assigning a driver who is coming from Chaguanas in after work traffic on the highway to come to Couva doesn't make sense. He had to drivile with the traffic, not against it. I may as well had ordered from a Chaguanas restaurant then. Received cold soggy food that sat in a plastic container for a hr + Failure.

An app that can't communicate the expected delivery time is a waste. Waiting over 2 hours for FOOD after an order is placed is beyond ridiculous. Further customer service is POOR. I inquired about delivery time (after waiting for the "scheduled time" of an hour and half) and was told the time indicated on the app was the "pick up time". "So when can I expect delivery?", I asked. Apparently "scheduled time" is either the pickup time or delivery time. Still did not get a straight answer.
