I used Gleeful before after reading about it in the Lough borough university alumni newsletter, and it really helped me get my sleeping into a healthy routine. Unfortunately I stopped using it and things slipped back to where they were, so I am committing to using it again, for the rest of my life if that is what it takes.

I had such hopes for this app but for some reason recording your sleep is hit-and-miss (at best). One night it'll record accurately the values you input and the next it'll make up random times and say you got -156 minutes of sleep. And when you try to edit the entry, it won't save your values the way you want. It'll keep reverting to the ridiculous digits it made up.

The advice is okay - nothing new though - but you're completely on your own, even when the sleep restriction 'treatment' starts. No opportunity to ask for advice, questions etc., it's all done by algorithms, no humans involved. My doctor advised me to give it up and put me back on sleeping tablets!

All I can do on the app is record my sleep details - which I've done in a spreadsheet. After 10 weeks : the sleep alarm feature doesn't work - alarm is set, but dashboard says not, the app doesn't update my sleep allocation time - constantly 5 hours despite an 85% efficiency. I've tried to contact support through the app twice, but no response.
