I have the wall switches on for the rads all the time and the heating is off which is correct, as I have all the rads on the frost protect option, but on the App, all the rooms show as gray (instead of blue)...as if I have them switched off at the wall, which I don't. This means I can't switch them on using the App. I can't access the schedule or records.

The latest update has removed the option to turn a radiator on (to manual) by setting the desired temperature. Why was this done? I don't use the schedule function, so now I have to turn the radiator on (to auto), change it to manual and then set the temperature. I can't understand why this change was made. Please reinstate the previous functionality.

Most glitchy app imaginable. Radiators in the same room as the smart box constantly disconnect then reconnect while you're trying to use them. Don't advertise your radiators as being smart controlled if you don't have the necessary technology to go with it. Paying extra for the smart box was a complete waste of money. Better off operating the radiators directly from their individual control panels. Or better yet, shop around for a better heating system. Regret going near these.

Potential to be fantastic radiators but the app lacks the most basic function of a simple boost button! I bought these assuming the app would have a boost button for my rental apartment and now I either have sold them or buy third party controls! I have seen someone mentioned the same issue in the review! Lucht if you're reading this can you add a boost button to the app? The amount of money people would save on their electric bill is massive
