★★★★★ Works as expected.

★★☆☆☆ If I could give it no stars I would. The machines at our work stopped reading fingerprints. I tried downloading the app to access my $$ that way, and it just keeps taking me to a new user screen and won't let me access anything. Now I have $$ in my account that I can't access, and they won't respond to emails.

★★☆☆☆ When I tried to register, the kiosk never would scan my fingerprint. So it took my money just fine, but I had no way to actually make a purchase since it wouldn't register my fingerprint nor did it give me a card to scan. I called the number listed on the machine and was not able to receive help there either. I eventually downloaded the app and was able to scan a QR code to make a purchase. There is no mention of this anywhere on the machine. It shouldn't be this hard to buy a snack.

★★☆☆☆ This vending company must be a scam. I loaded money on the website and the app doesn't work. I have zero way to use my money or to get it back. No one will respond to me. Don't use!!
