I like the convenience of seeing my bill and being able to make my payments fast and convenient, and it makes your payments instantly. It's more convenient for me than having to go to the office and make a payment. I even like the alerts to notify u of your bill.

Would be nice to have a fingerprint scanner after creating and setting up the smud mobile app, so we don't have to constantly type in our password and username.
