I think the price of 8 points items is a little high. This can be fixed at under 220 rupees. And they should give more smitten bucks for the review of the items. And if the delivery time duration will be a little short it will be good. And many products are out of stock which are very good products, and they are not giving new varieties, so it can be fixed

Compared to other platforms, Smitten is much more expensive. For example, a pack of 4 perfumes (10 ml each) costs ₹547 on Smitten, while the same perfume in a pack of 4 (20 ml each) is available for ₹498 on other platforms even in store also. Very very worst application

I have ordered 3 products. My order was accepted and they have cancelled it. I don't know why. When I had a chat with smitten support they were telling me that I cancelled it, but I didn't. This is the second-worst experience with this app.

From 2 years I was customer of smitten but, last 15 days I was ordered pilgrims hair mask & day cream & I paid for it, but I had received only hair mask, but invoice they are mentioned both. I raised the ticket & they closed & smitten cheating people, so I uninstall it today, almost I spent 20 k rs to buy the products, but this app is not trustworthy.
