Love💮 the app! The app now feels much faster 💗 during downloads, and everything is more stable than before. Earlier, syncing happened almost every time you opened the app, started, stopped, or edited an entry, which made it a real pain. The app would stop responding completely during syncing 💒, making it unusable. Also, stopping an entry took several seconds to complete, and those extra seconds were still added, which made it frustrating previously.

I had a very disappointing experience with Smitten. This was my first order, and it got cancelled automatically without any proper explanation. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. The customer service has also been very poor. Despite contacting support multiple times, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution. For a first-time customer, this has left a very bad impression. I expected a much smoother refund process and better support. I hope Smitten improves its

My order got delivered with only 5 out of 22 products received. I'm enraged. The ticket was also closed without any talk. The worst app. I've ordered multiple times but this was bad. And I won't ever order again if this is not resolved!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience. The app advertised a Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer on each product. I placed my order and paid the full amount expecting to receive the free product as promised. However, I received only one product for each order. When I contacted customer support, they asked me to wait for 2–3 days. After waiting, I contacted them again, but they kept redirecting me to the Help Center instead of resolving my issue.
