Great initiative, however, I hv a few suggestions. 1. Pls provide a card/undertaking that the cylinders being provided are brand new. 2. Sell fiber cylinders which are proven to be blast proof and safer and cannot be painted to look new. Many forums on this online. 3. A tentative delivery date should be given at the time of order placement. 4. Pls don't ask people for 5 stars for fixing 1 out of 5 flaws, a professional dev doesn't do that. Let the app speak for itself, reviews should be honest.

I placed an order for a gas cylinder for delivery within the same city, and despite six days passing since the order was placed, the cylinder has not been delivered. This delay is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the service quality provided by SNGPL. Gas supply is essential for everyday living, and it is disheartening that one is facing such a delay in receiving a basic necessity. This delay has caused inconvenience and frustration and the lack of response from SNGPL. SHAME!
