Dishonest. When their software malfunctions, and it is demonstrably their fault, they stiff their counterparties rather than take ownership of the problem. Attached are screenshots showing the problem with their app on a mission that required a purchase. Support asked me for all the photos that I took to be sent via email, and then they ghosted me without payment leaving be out-of-pocket on expenses incurred on their behalf! Learn from my experience and don't deal with these amateurs!

Hard to earn, for a 4 dollar task tried three times with a large range of photos from all bays and shelves. Still got rejected. Not worth of time.
