I'm not understanding the purpose of this app. There's really no
functionality I can see outside of taking with a tech, and I believe it
would be easier to work through issues over the phone. Once you eliminate,
seemingly the only function, it seems pointless to have the app.

App is worthless. I tried severl times to get a warrantee . First they were closed next the no reciept deal did not work. What good is a walmart warrenty when the company that is supposed to honor the warrenty makes it useless
