Great app for managing my tickets. I created the help desk for use with family and friends. App is responsive and gets the job done when it's needed.

Not bad but missing a lot and needs a dark mode. It gives you the basic help tickets, but it's missing the other necessary sections like the knowledge base that techs need to reference. We end up having to log into to the website which defeats the purpose of the app altogether. It also doesn't show me notifications a lot of the time I find it about the tickets via email, I suspect that might be a battery optimization issue more than an app issue. Please build a dark mode!!

Overall, it's good. The only problem that I notice is when I want to add comment to a ticket, I tap the text area, my keyboard appears in front of the text area, so I can't see what I've written bcoz the text area was hidden behind the keyboard.

Horrible compared to the old app. Super slow and unresponsive, and I can't even see what I'm typing on my phone when I am replying to tickets. The keyboard covers the text box.
