Transform your indoor cycling workouts and harness the power of your phone to train more efficiently and reach your fitness goals. The ultimate bike computer app from Spinning® tracks power, cadence, heart rate and more and is designed for use at the studio or facility, home or on-the-go!

- Power-Based Training: Take out the guesswork and see what power training zone you’re riding in throughout the class. You’ll also see your average power, %FTP and Watts/kg. Choose from a 5-Zone or 7-Zone system.


- Power Testing: Features three Functional Threshold Power (FTP) tests (5 minute, 20 minute and Ramp). Establish your FTP and the app will create your personal power zones to use for precise power-based rides and optimized workouts.

- Heart Rate Training: Let the app calculate your max heart rate or enter your own to see your training zones and average/max heart rate throughout the ride.

- Real-Time Feedback: Easy-to-read, real-time feedback during your rides including power, heart rate, cadence, training zones, calories and distance.

- Interval Training: One-tap interval button makes it easy to start and stop intervals during your ride. Review data from each interval, including the duration, intensity, and performance metrics, to assess your progress, set goals, and adjust your training plan. Interval data includes Time, Calories, Average Watts, and Average Watts/Kg­. Compare up to 12 interval sessions during the workout and in your history screen.

- Teaching Tool for Indoor Cycling Instructors: Instructors can teach and train with a structured, data-driven approach and design zone-based rides – without a traditional bike computer. Instructors can use the app during class to coach riders about the importance of different training zones, how to interpret data, and how to optimize their workouts. Teaching with metrics like power output, heart rate, and cadence can help motivate and keep students engaged!

- Device Compatibility: The Spinning Connect® app is compatible with various fitness sensors, including heart rate monitors, cadence sensors, power meters, smart trainers, and more. It works seamlessly with Spinning® bikes and hardware in the studio and at home as well as with third-party devices.

- Cross-Platform Compatibility: The app is compatible with a variety of smartphones and tablets.

- Bluetooth and ANT+ Support: The app supports both Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, which is beneficial for connecting to various sensors and devices in the studio or at home.

- Strava Integration: Premium subscriptions include a seamless integration with Strava for convenience, data sharing, and a more comprehensive overview of your rides and other workouts. Your Spinning® Connect ride history will be available in your Strava history.

- Spinning Global ID: Access your ride data and summaries no matter which Spinning app you use! Premium subscription cost is waived for User’s with an active subscription to SPINNING: Fitness & Workouts. SPINNING: Fitness & Workout rides are included in the Spinning® Connect history, and Spinning® Connect rides are included in the SPINNING: Fitness & Workout history.
