Overall, the best app for Tacx training for free workouts. But the new update on the workout page is a step backwards. The older user interface was better. I need measures that I can see and over time. I don't need a static graphic of a dude on a trainer

Almost perfect for what I need, all I really use the basic workout screen on mobile to control the trainer as an erg. What would make it perfect for what I need would be to display step notes from the workouts, if a step is at lower cadence I just need to remember that in advance because it can't display it during. Should be a simple fix?

The recent update is a catastrophe. The redesigned screen drastically reduced the font size for active workout statistics, and added a prominent, static image of a person that fills the screen. I don't need to look at a static picture of a stranger while training, I need to see my workout statistics. The previous version filled the screen with readable statistics; now, the text is so small I need glasses to see it. Who provided this design advice? It certainly wasn't the end user.

May 2026 data is too small in display and not visible on rides. The workout screen is too fussy and more could be made of unused space to make visibility and accessibility better. To many colors and not enough contrast. Not sure this would make any WCAG standard? Shame. Nov 2022. Getting really good. Great content to keep the boredom away and the motivation up. Can't think of looking at or needing another App or Turbo. Tacx have put the effort in, and it's been well worth staying with them

In a truly impressive feat Garmin have made this app even worse in the latest update (May 2026). The workout screen has been made unusable. Replacing large font sizes with small, and swapping a clear background for an image of some random guy. Reading the screen during a workout is now near impossible. I can only assume the person that designed this and the person who signed it off have never used a turbo trainer.

Worked great for the first 2 years; then it stopped working. Ride overview pics have disappeared and will not save ride data. Have reinstalled both the Tacx app and Connect multiple times. No change. Tried a different ride app and it works fine. No issues. Goodby Garmin.
